Todd has an incredible memory. He recalls details about clients from years ago whether it is their preferences for hotel properties or their passion for finding the best performance in every city. He is also extremely flexible and provides excellent alternatives, suggestions and solutions. He understands the services that he is offering his clients; therefore it is easy for him to relate to them.

Most Memorable Travel Moment:
Marching down Main Street USA in the Magic Kingdom at the Walt Disney World Resort. I was in the 8th grade and went down to Orlando with my father and the Momence H.S. band. They had a sick drummer who did not make the trip and my father asked if I could play with the band. Thanks to Jerry Luzeniecki I was able to march at Disney and Sea World all in one trip. I am looking forward to the day that I have kids and can tell them about that experience.
