Worry Free Travel –
That’s the BRT Way
At Bob Rogers Travel, we understand how busy your schedule is with teaching your students, rehearsals, performances and all of the extra curricular activities. That is why it is our commitment to you to take care of all your performance tour planning. Below is how to get your trip started the right way… with BRT.
First things first:
Call your BRT Consultant, and we will discuss all the opportunities for performance and travel. We will suggest activities relating to your particular group's areas of interest. These may include, but are not limited to: music clinics/workshops, performances, high school exchanges, theatre performance, behind the scenes tours, zoos, theme parks, historical sites and museums. Together we will create a unique itinerary for your performance group, discuss budget goals, and create ways to enhance your tour without increasing your budget.
Planning Stage:
Once we have discussed destination options and the inclusions you’re looking for, we will begin preparing an itinerary. Priority is placed on scheduling performances that will expand your musical group along with several other activities that will interest each student. Transportation, accommodations, restaurant reservations, and entertainment are selected and arranged into the itinerary to finish off the tour.
Proposal:
After the preliminary itinerary is completed, we will create an inclusions and cost sheet for your trip: The BRT Proposal. You will have a chance to review the outline to ensure all aspects of your trip are included such as complimentary packages, an on-site tour manager, motor coach gratuity, Liability and Consumer Insurance, meals, and all taxes and tips. This can be fine-tuned to meet performance needs, interests, and budget goals at any point during the planning stage of your musical tour.

The itinerary and budget are now finalized; we will send you our famous Director Tour Manual which includes payment deadlines, The BRT Agreement, updated proposal & itinerary, hotel and rooming list requirement, airline information and many more helpful hints. Once we receive the deposit and signed agreement, your BRT Coordinator will begin confirming your itinerary and making sure all the pieces of your trip fall into place.
Planning:
Your BRT Coordinator, along with the entire BRT staff, is planning and assisting you every step of the way. We will be here to answer any questions you may have and to ensure you have all the materials you need to have a successful trip.
On the Tour:
Upon arrival to your destination, you will be met by your Tour Escort. This person take care of all details including: performance assistance, admission ticket pick-up; hotel check-in; and all other aspects of your itinerary that need attention. It is our priority to take care of all details and trouble shoot unforeseen circumstance so you can concentrate on music and enjoying the trip with your students.
